How We Got Started
As an employee in the construction field for 24 yrs., providing services such as a/c, restuarant kitchen ventilaton, welding (mig,tig,stick)steel, galvanize,stainless,alluminum), electrical, sheetmetal fabrication, plumbing, drywall installation, sheetrock, drywall texturing, popcorn ceilings, carpentry, tile, wood flooring, landscape maintenance and design, sprinkler repair and installation, roofing, roofing penetrations(curbs, vents, steel stands, roof jacks, etc) demolition and cleanup, mobile food catering (lunch truck), plus a long history of customer satisfaction,referrals, and related contacts, it became obvious that the time had come to take these well defined skills to the next level...ownership. Management is a well incorporated skill to round off all of the above, along with great public relations knowledge (with contractors, sub-contractors, association presidents, building managers, boardmembers, building engineers, city inspectors, and of course homeowners), which is the key factor in customer satisfaction.
